"It's a quiet night, with clear skies, the stars blinking peacefully in the heavens above. Everyone is asleep, eagerly anticipating the activites they will be a part of in the morning. It is, of course, a festival, in honor of the 2 Year anniversary since Akutsuki and Orochimaru's defeat, after all. It will be a day of celebration, of games, contests, and food. There will be sake of course, because Hokage-sama won't have it any other way. And yet...I don't even have the courage to ask Naruto-kun if he would like to go with me..."
Looking up at the stars, so peaceful, Hinata couldn't help but feel hope well up in her heart.
"Oh Kami-sama, please, hear my plea....I wish that Naruto-kun would notice me. I-I wish he would finally recognize me as a woman. I wish for the c-courage to tell him how I feel. Please, help me...."
Meanwhile, in remote part of Heaven...
"Haaaaaaaaaah...Man, it's been so long since i've gotten out of here...I wonder why i haven't received any prayer's...surely there's someone who needs help....But still, it's really weird for trouble to just stop like that...fuuuu...it's times like these that i wish i had second sight like some of the others, inst-OW!"
Something hit the back of Kijimaru's head with surprising force, knocking him form his rocky perch.
Who did that! Where are you!...Gah!!
About 53cm above him, a small, fist sized ball of light gently pulsed, similar to a flickering lantern.
"Oh! A Prayer!! Yay! I finally got a new job! i hope it's interesting!"
Reaching up, Kijimaru grabbed the Prayer, closing his eyes in order to "see" what it was about.
"Hmm...Country of Fire...Konoha...Hyuuga....Yosh! This ought to be fun! I'll get ready immediately. Onwards...to Konohagakure!"
