you didn't explain the stark difference between the chinese in china and those of chinese descent in other countries. there is a rather suggestive fenominon. when ever a country becomes facistic or socialistic, all the brightest people try to leave. this happened in hitler's germany, vietnam after we left, north korea, and most especialy china.
