Your voice echoes in my mind, soft and calm, a pleasant ringing in my ears...
Those dangerous eyes are smiling, like you're laughing.
Laughing at me.
Why are you laughing at me?
"Lovely,"
You're suddenly so close to me.
I feel your breath against my ear, sweet and light and so cool...
I can't look away from you.
Your skin is fair.
White, pale as a ghost's breath, soft and oh so cold as it brushes against mine...
You're touching my cheek.
Lightly, carefully, as if afraid I will break.
And it's strange because I can't turn away and I can't tell you to stop and I don't want to turn away and I don't want you to stop...
"all I want is a name"
You finish the sentence softly, letting your words fall honey-sweet from those enticingly perfect lips.
I blink slowly, still staring blearily up into those strange and beautiful eyes.
Why can't I look away?
"Naruto..."
You tilt your head to the side, raven bangs falling silkily just below your brow.
"Hm? Naruto? That's your name is it?"
I feel myself nodding, gaze never straying from that gorgeous face.
You smile.
My heart skips a beat.
"Good boy. It's a lovely name"
You venture even closer, turning your head slightly so that your lips brush against the very corner of my mouth as you speak.
"Very beautiful, Naruto"
The way you say my name makes me shiver.
"What..."
The word falls breathless from my parted lips, soft, and you just smile gently, pulling away.
I find myself pressing forward towards you, a sudden craving for those lips pushing me to reach for a kiss.
You catch me before I can touch you, hand on my chest, holding me back.
I blink, pulling away again.
"Sorry..."
What am I thinking?
You just smile, shaking your head.
"Don't worry about it. I know it's not easy"
I watch you, a faint blush dusted across my cheeks.
"Wh-What's not easy?"
You lean closer, lips against my ear.
I can feel you smiling.
"Holding back"
