Well writen, though I would not understand why Iruka would spit 'I can defend myself' in early chapter, and in this one, proved Kakashi's worries right. Even considering Naruto (which I consider a offense to Naruto, as Kakashi underestimated Iruka as well), he should be able to cope with the stupid Mizuki.
Pardon me if it offend you, but once somebody cited an episode where there were hints about Kakashi & Iruka, but I found not so... there were more hints about this kind of relationship?

No way Iruka would just give up like that. Especially with Naruto at risk too. Hope someone works out he didn't leave on his mission!
