Hi!I really like the couple and the setting of this story(I always thought of them as a couple).As for your story to me both tsunade and jiraiya are IC and all the characters acts in a interesting way,catching the reader's attention.The sudden steamy scene between them was well written,evocative but not too graphic,and I totally see Tsunade stopping like that and poor lovesick Jiraiya blaming himself.I hope to read more of this story,it's a really nice job!
