I really like imagining this village, just because it seems like one it would be extremely fun to go to. Daichi was the one working with Shiro, so he's not that Yamanaka. Well, anyone would be curious. After all, it seems like the readers are as well, right? Aiko is kinda just made up on the spot to be somewhat a counter to Yuumai's darker attitude, so I'm glad you like her, though a little surprised. They're still genin, so the technique is one they do not know. Yep, Enhancement pills. They are a major buttholes when used against you. Don't worry about the sisters. They'll be tortured more in the future. Well, mostly Yuumai, but still..... U^_^. I'm really glad you likied it, Shadow-san.

Author's Response: I know. I hadn't updated in a while. I'm sooooo sorry T^T. But I hope to fix that and update things more often now that I'm off my break and getting more of a manage of time. Author's Response: Hehe. Yeah, it was a bit longer, though not my longest, as you should know. Hmph. Happy ending? Of course not - things cannot be easy. I'll put everyone through poop as much as I can. Oh, yes, he gets extremely serious when he's protecting his friends, as you see happening when the innocent nature fades away in this. He will do whatever is necessary. Hehe. Team Nine is in The Reincarnation of a Legend. This is Team Ten, silly =P. But I know what you mean. After writing it I have just fallen in love with this team. Haha. I'm glad you think I'm getting their personalities. Nah, didn't really have any chance here. Too much stuff going on to do that. Of course she would worry. When the Hokage spoke, I doubt many, especially Ino, would have truly understood and taken in what the Hokage said. After all, now is a situation you'd truly start to take in things like this. Yeah, they were really small. The real fights don't start for another couple of chapters. This team is basically built on team-work, so I figured I needed to show it. Of course I am - I'm me. Though I must agree that throwing Daichi and Asuma at him at once is a bit cruel. Haha. Actually, he isn't the one really annoyed at me. It was Sasaui, which is weird since I'm way crueler to Ryu. Well, not very much, which is why they got their help. Um.... No, the first thing was purposeful. The second, however, was accidental....... Oops..... Well, I believe you now know the importance. Exactly. Nice understanding, Shadow-san. Author's Response: Yeah, Ryu is definitely different. Not only that, but a lot of his strength has to do with his will power and his past. There\'s a reason why his past would make him like he is. As for his family.... Well, don\'t jump to conclusions there. I was thinking some might, and it seems you did. Yeah, he\'s gonna protect Sakura. It\'s one of the things I love best about this guy: his protective instinct. It\'s just so fun to write about =D. Yeah, these two are people you definitely don\'t want to fight alone. Daichi\'s ability was one of the more creative ones I\'ve come up with and I like it. As for those who can fight him, just you wait. You\'ll find out really soon. And yes, Shiro is human, though he\'s as evil as a demon. I don\'t know what it would be like to be a shell, but just imagining it makes me sick. And it\'s more than likely worse than what I imagine. As for his plans, you\'ll just have to read to find out. Sorry about the typos. I haven\'t gotten around to revising this chapter. For some reason I decided to start from what used to be the end (Promise of a Lifetime) and work my way up before returning to the newest chapter (Right Before Your Eyes). Author's Response: Yeah, that\'s the whole reason I made him a Yamanaka was so he could use mind style ninjutsu. I\'m glad that you liked my characters. I do need to do a little revising where the anbus are concerned (though you never mentioned it), but I\'m glad you still liked it. It was just a start. I think you\'d call the prologue the intro. And yeah, they\'re friends. Why he\'s an outcast is mostly because of the cold demeanor he has. The other reason about the parents is going to be taken out whenever I get to revise this chapter. Yep, they\'re taken captive. It\'s the main part of the first arc. The reason he knows Shiro is the same reason he\'s wanted by Shiro - he needs to stop going through the Hokage\'s files. Anyway, I hope you enjoy what you read next.

Though that does majorly annoy me because I can't stand pessimists, but she is fun to write. Probably because she's mentally damaged <.< Ah, come on. Naruto isn't that bad. Author's Response: Aww, really? The description was really that good? I\'m surprised, I thought it wasn\'t as good in this chapter. I couldn\'t tell you how I do it because I really don\'t know the answer... Hehe, fudging goodness... I try to avoid swearing as much as possible, but I know I may eventually make my characters say some cuss words eventually... I can\'t help but have low expectations for my chapters, I\'m sorry! It\'s just how I am, so I always think the updates are not good.

Haha, the funny thing about the breakfast thing is that I was saying everything I would say; I could never give up breakfast, so I was just imagining what I would say if I didn\'t get to eat :P

Me? A philosopher? Eh, I don\'t think so... I just like writing dialogue, so I guess that\'s why inspirational speeches are always fun for me to write. Suki is a really caring and nice person, so she is going to act as the balance for Haruki and Michiko. That also plays into the whole thing with the Guardian. I\'m glad you like the characters though. That was my biggest fear of recent: the readers would hate Suki\'s team. But I\'ve gotten some positive feedback on them so far, so I\'m thankful for that :)

I liked the idea of the scavenger hunt, but I was afraid it didn\'t come out the way I wanted. The clues were probably the hardest part; it was difficult trying to come up with something that could be solved but not too easily figured out... Suki\'s technique is the same as in that one chapter, it\'s just the advanced version. Haruki is probably like another Sasuke: stoic, strong, smart, etc. But I want to make him more relatable to people, unlike the brooding Uchiha. And Michiko is his opposite; so maybe like Naruto but not as annoying sometimes.

The \'failure\' flag was the part I was afraid would trick people up. Guess not then :D Yeah, I had planned it like that, to have all the flags be sealed, so they were all technically \'failures\'.

I\'m glad you like the team. You\'ll obviously be seeing a lot of them ;D As for the Naruto and Suki drama... well, you\'ll just have to wait and see. Thank you for the incredible review and birthday wishes! I really appreciate both! Thanks again for reading and reviewing, you\'re awesome!

Author's Response: See? I told you they were important ;) Yeah, I didn\'t think he\'d die that soon either, but that\'s how the story is proceeding in my head, so that is what must happen. And Chishio is now taking his place; we\'ll see how that turns out...

Heehee, Michiko and her temper never cease to amuse me. And Deno being a great character is all thanks to Sasaui, I just write him and try to do him justice. There probably will be a fight with Kakashi and Deno together later on, but that probably won\'t be for a while anyway. We\'ll see.

Yeah, I\'m excited to continue with my own plot instead of following the actual manga. I\'m really eager to keep up the originality with this. Don\'t worry, you\'ll see what Tetsu was going to tell Chishio about Suki later!
