A little bit more about myself, apart from what's listed above. I'm an objectivist, atheist, and can be rather cynical when it comes to other people.
It takes a while for me to trust anyone, but once I do, I stick with you unless you happen to do something excruciatingly bad that takes all my confidence in you away. Luckily, that's only happened once.
I'm generally pretty cheerful, mainly because I see no point in wasting time being upset. I help people out when I can because it's not bothering me in any way. On the other hand, I never lend anyone pencils or money, and it's rare for me to really go out of my way for someone I don't know.
If I stay in one house too long (four years is my maximum, and that's pushing it), I begin to get incredibly uneasy. I'm a bit worried how this will affect me once I have to pay for the airfares myself, which won't be too long now.
The only thing I really fear is not being able to control my own mind or body (ie, mental disorder, being drunk, drugs). I suppose that's a good thing, in a way.
I'm determined to get at least one of my original stories published. I just have to finish it first. Also, I love to read. Fantasy, science-fiction, historical fiction, nonfiction...The only two that I don't care for are romance and mystery, and certainly not romantic mystery.
I only like simple, unrealistic romance. The most complicated that I can stand is that of Leia's and Han's in Star Wars, and that's really not much. And it can't be the main point of a story.
Naruto-related
I don't read/watch Naruto anymore. However, I'm staying here for the community (which I still love) and in hopes of finishing some of my fanfics, namely The Shinobi Effect and Into the Mist.
Also, I just now noticed that most of my fics are dark...huh. That's a bit creepy. I promise I'm not [usually] that creepy in real life. So if you want to just chat with me, I really won't chop your head off.

Great job! Iruka's such a nice guy. You also have one of the better styles of writing that I've seen. 10!

You need more faith in your writing- it's really interesting. I haven't seen many Hanabi-centric stuff. The 'dead-fish-belly-feet' phrase is very imaginative (though the first time I read it, I imagined Hanabi with dead fish as feet. XD).
I'd read more of your stuff, but I don't read yaoi. :

Excellent. The rhyming is there, but so well done that it doesn't scream "hey look! Look! I'm rhyming!!" which is nice. It is sad, but also hopeful...again, very good.

-- Swords_and_Bandages : Thanks. I don\'t like forced rhymes, either... when it comes to poetry, I\'m focused on how everything flows. Sadly, I rarely, if ever, come up with something like this. It\'s hard to get inspired to write something like this. I hope you can get lots of inspiration while you\'re writing.
