I\'m thinking of several different ways of him finding out, but unfortunately, all of them include things that would make Izumi seethe with rage, grab his precious Kei, and storm away with her, fuming and cursing Shikamaru and wishing he\'d been in his place.

Author's Response: Izumi\'s not just a dumbass, though-- he\'s a dumbass in love, and that makes him a lot worse. But whatever. Though it\'s not mentioned in the story yet, when he\'s in a normal sort of mood (like, he\'s not obsessing over Kei) he\'s one of those guys who is sort of quiet but is quietly amused by all the craziness around him and stuff.

Izumi totally blew her off...
And she's betrothed to a guy she hasn't even met while she's thinking about going back to join the assassination team.

Author's Response: Surprise can do that a bit, can\'t it? So yes, you\'ve got it right so far-- Kei was found out. She was spared by Captain Hiro because she was a favorite of his. Izumi did blow her off, but it was to save her, but nobody\'s really sure of how it helped either of the star-crossed lovers. And now she\'s betrothed to Shuuji because she feels she can\'t find a place in Izumi\'s heart. She was thinking about going back, but now she\'s stopping because she has Shuuji now. A part of her accepting Shuuji also lies in the fact that her mom wanted her to get married for so long, and now someone has willingly come to HER with an interest, instead of her mother introducing her to all the bachelors. Shuuji will be beneficial to their family, and because of this, she knows she should do this, to help her family.

I still hold no respect for her mother, and I'm sure she doesn't, either.

I have a teacher who treats me like I\'m her child, another who has yet to even notice me (she\'s kinda spacey), a teacher who thinks I\'m a lot better than I really am, another teacher who was an instant favorite, a teacher who hasn\'t spoken a lick of English to me yet (though I can translate what she\'s saying as fast as she talks), and another teacher who has let us know-- many times now in the first two days-- that she doesn\'t give a damn about any of us. Yup-- that\'s my year so far. And I KNEW it! I KNEW your birthday was in September! I kept thinking the 12th, too, and I was like, \"Could that be right?\" but I wasn\'t sure. I think you mentioned it in one of your reviews on \"Sakura\'s Angel.\" Yeah, I\'ll make you an AMV. Any requests? Well, at least, I felt like that until I read the last two paragraphs; then I was smacked in the face with reality.
It's not good to have emotional ties when you're a soldier. That's why ninja have Shinobi Guidelines that restrict the show of emotion. God, if this story were real, Kei and Izumi have less than a 10% chance of living, and that's given their awesome swodsmanship.

Anyway, yeah-- I wanted to sort of emphasize the fact that now that Izumi and Kei are together and every thing\'s all happy and they\'re finally able to love each other freely, suddenly there\'s the fact that they\'re SOLDIERS. They\'re probably going to die. (By the way, I\'ve already decided who lives and who dies. It will make you cry.) Kei and Izumi are in great peril, as is there relationship. But when a person dies, it doesn\'t mean a bond dies too. And, even though everyone says to never give your heart to a soldier, I\'ve gotta think that they hold onto hearts with all their soul.

Another one that I actually get in freshman year is a Math teacher that doesn't teach you shit, and expects you to do everything. This, I'm mad about, because I suck at Math.
I hope you pass through freshman year without any problems. You sound like the ultra-smart genius type, so it should be no problem.

Author's Response: I mean, the teacher does speak English, but she just hasn\'t spoken English to us yet. (And yeah, i live in the States-- Ohio, in fact. What an awesome state-- I used to not like it, but now there\'s no place I\'d rather live!) I suck at math too-- I repeated prealgebra and squeaked by in algebra because I got a perfect score on the final exams last year. Now I\'m in geometry and praying I do all right. About character deaths, I had that looming in the back of my head, but I just dismissed it as unthinkable and just tried to ignore my raising suspicion. If Izumi dies, Sakura will go on living, because that's just who she is, right? But if Sakura dies, Izumi's grief will just kind of consume him to the point in which he'll take his life. I also think that the Sasuke/Naruto pairing is in danger. >.<

I love how everybody's together... it kind of gives me hope. Like, no matter how shitty your life is, you can always turn it around, changing it for the better. Just with the right people.
So Ageha has Naruto's spirit? Like how Yuuri had Julia's spirit in Kyou Kara Maou?
I've got to say, the only thing I disliked about this chapter was the assasin. She stopped following him around? I was really hoping for more depth, especially with the cliffhanger you left about Sosuke, the freaking CREEPER...
But, as I said, this was the only flaw. I laughed, cried, and fell in love with the characters you portrayed in this story. Well done, Sarah-hime.
Author's Response: Ha ha, yeah-- but I had to wrap things up!! I was like, \"GYAAH-- Christina\'s gonna have my head for all the stories I left out of this involving the assassin and stuff,\" but I really had to wrap this up. There was not much room to do it. Honestly, the story I was really looking forward to writing was Naruto finding out about the death of Akira-- I mean, that Sosuke ended up killing her, how he got this complex about protecting people, etc. But thank you, and thank you for becoming my friend and being such an amazing reviewer and person-- I\'ve had so much fun with you. First off, I love the way you write. It's descriptive and it does the job well, but it's got humour and sarcasm intricately laced through it, and I just think that it's beautiful. It makes me want to read more.
Secondly, I am so frickin' excited to see the second chapter on the 'Most Recent' boards.
Thirdly, I really like how you portray Gaara. You make his character intriguing and describe him well, and we still see him as our beloved Sabaku no Gaara.
I love Naruto and Gaara as a couple. ^_^ And you seem like you could write an amazing story between them.
