Story progress: well about 4 years ago when i was 13 i began writing my story about Shizake Uchiha. After a year or so of writing my computer crashed and I lost the story entirely which crushed me because i worked so hard on that. Alas, about 4 months ago i found the story in an email i sent to a friend and started re-writing the story. As the story progresses my grammar and maturity of the lines get's better (you can probably tell). For now Shizake is my main story i am working on.

Jeez the first time I watched Naruto I was so fascinated by it. I dont know why. It caught my attention maybe because of the well developed characters, and drama that was played throughout the series. I would spend hours watching all the episodes If I could. I really didnt like anime or manga up until that point.

The third and final story in the series, "The Path Each Takes. It is about Zuzake Uchiha, the grandson of Shizake Uchiha and the son of Kuzake Uchiha. Follow him on his quest to discover the legacy that his ancestors left behind.
Black Fire through Lightning
The first installment in the series, "The Path Each Takes. Shizake Uchiha (My first OC). His journey begins in the Nine-Tailed Fox village as he acquires new powers and learns new things about himself. Watch as he struggles to come to peace with his cousin Sasuke.
A Shadow in the Light
The second installment in the series. It picks up with Shizake recovering from a year long coma from his fight with his cousin who is now imprisoned. Continuing to find his place in the world, he continues to learn new things about his self.
Abysmal
A collab with my good friend Hazard. Two ninja journey to southern fire country to complete a mission. What they find out shocks them as they unravel a whole mystery of it's own. Internal and external problems plague the two on their mystery.

Yo! This was another awesome chapter. I really liked how you had the characters handle things like Naruto doing a henge to hide himself and I really liked how you had him replace the guards with clones to take over the camp. I hope Akira can save Naruto as well but it seems like Naruto has a hold on things so we'll see. Update soon.

Not bad for the first chapter. I guess it's a whole different take though. Sakura doesn't seem to be the rival anymore, team asuma isn't ino shika cho, and it doesn't seem like their leader is as ima anymore. Ok I can dig it.
One thing that bothered me was that the scenes seemed a bit jumpy, there wasn't exactly transitions and I was a bit confused as to where they were. Perhaps take more time to explain the things around them to set up the scene and also explain how they travel from place to place or even have an immediate scene change and like I said before explain where they are.
Other than that, interesting start I'll keep reading along to see where you take this.

Again, not bad. Short but not bad.
Try making larger paragraphs, it seems your jumping around from thought to thought really quickly. Take time to explain everyone's thoughts especially Mai since she is the main character.
Another thing that confused me, it seemed Ino and the rest of the team just magically appeared. First she was talking to lee and tenten then next thing you know she was getting chewed out by ino.
It kind of surprised me how the team leader already recommended them for the chunin exams, they haven't even done anything yet haha.
Well I think with a few fixes this story can be great. I hope you don't see my criticism as harsh or mean I just want to help you. Please don't let it deter you from writing. We all need help with our writing sometime, even me. Keep writing because I'll keep reading :)

Towards the end I was a little confused. Who killed who? You made it seem like Shikamaru was the one that was getting his ass kicked by (whom im assuming was Neji) the person but it wasn't so that left me a little confused. Also I don't think that person would get away with just killing a person right there.
Mai still has me curious, i'd really like to see some more of her personality which i'm sure you'll show more of later on.
One thing I suggest is reading some of the other fan fiction on here to get a gist of how to set up scenes, use transitions, and clearly explain everything to help the story flow nicely and to give a better understanding to the reader. There are tutorials that people have written which i'm sure would come in handy.
Again, not bad. Looking forward to the next chapter
