Wow... I'm in tears, this chapter was so emotional! On top of that, it was outstandingly beautiful! You've truly outdone yourself with this. I loved the flashbacks, it really made Rayne's pain more believable, and when her anger and sorrow took over like that... It was just so awesome. To see her so powerful and avenging was truly remarkable.
I laughed when Rayne threw Kidomaru off of the roof, that's what you get spiderman!:P But it was all so great, I loved every part - this is now one of my personal favorite chapters. I felt like crying with Rayne, especially when Ibiki made his speech. Long live Third Hokage!

When I originally watched Naruto for the first time, I never really cared for the Third...after re-watching the episodes for my story, I realize how important he was to the village, and I feel really guilty for killing him..again x__x Lol, but nevertheless, thank you for the review!

Sasaui, this is an unbelievably amazing story! I'm hooked, and mesmerized by what is to come. And the first part with Kohaku was so sad... and moving. I think that would stay in my heart forever, you did a really great job. This is a fanfic that I could picture in the Naruto Universe as a sort of untold story or secret episodes that I missed. AU's are wonderful like that:P
I absolutely love it! This is definitely a story to watch out for. It's disappointing that Sakura's and Ryu's memories were erased of the time they spent in the cave... that was when they bonded, maybe they'll remember in the future?? And I'm so intrigued with Ryu's past now! The secret behind his inner destructive, evil, power that killed a man as powerful as Shiro in one attack... That was just mind-blowing. O.O

Author's Response: Yeah, the part with Kohaku just kinda formed in my head. I loved his past and just had to add it in. It was something new I\'d never done before and I found it fun. Yeah, you need to appreciate your parents. They could be there one second, gone the next. An untold story, huh? Wow, is it really that Naruto-like? I guess I\'m dong a good job then. As for their memories, sorry that I apparently confused you (and possibly others), but it was only Sakura whose memory was affected and not about the entire event. They only altered the part about Ryu kill Shiro to something else. You\'ll see in the next chapter (which should be out tomorrow). Yeah, I think I\'m torturing a lot of people with his past. Silverwolf gets really mad at me because I\'ll joke around about her not knowing. Yeah, his power is definitely evil. The reason for why he has that..... I hinted at it already, but I\'m not sure anyone noticed it. But you\'ll find out later on for sure.

Finally, Suki Kurohoshi was running away from her village. The six-year-old was finally able to escape from her terrible life.
She was going to run as far as her legs could carry her. She was going to abandon a home that was never a home to begin with. She was going to leave behind villagers who hated her for a reason that she did not know of.
Yes, run away. That would solve all of her problems. In a perfect world, running away would be the answer to everything.
Unfortunately, this isn't a perfect world. And running away won't solve every problem.
You can run away from home, and you can run away from people you grew up with. But now Suki is going to realize that the one thing that no one can run away from... is destiny.

This... is... SO AWESOME!!! The first part was so fun, playing twenty questions is very funny and a good way to get to know somebody. It was even funnier with Suki and Naruto! I cannot believe those people! Attacking poor Suki, and then Naruto...
I love your writing, by the way (have I ever told you that?). It's so beautifully descriptive and as I read, it played in my head like a real live episode. I was practically hyperventilating right along with Suki.There was so much suspense as the two children were trying to get away from the thugs,I was really oping Kakashi would show up and save the day - and he did! Yay!:D Looks like Naruto may have a role model now... lol:P Mad skills, Kakashi-sensei!

Oh, yeah, those people were really horrible... Terrible, even; I feel a bit bad for putting Suki and Naruto through that.

Tetsu reminds me of old man Tsuchikage... After reading the newest Naruto manga chapters and then reading this I thought they were brothers O.O I can't believe the ending! What a cliffhanger! Super fantabulous writing, I just love it!
Author's Response: Yeah, it was really sad to see that the nurse is actually pretty mean. But it shows the real side to Suki\'s life problems; nearly everyone dislikes her, and seeing the tattoo is a major contributing factor to why people don\'t like her. It\'s a cursed symbol. Date: 21/12/11 Title: Chapter 7: First Day at the Academy
I had a huge cheesy grin on my face while reading this chappie, honestly, I think I freaked some people out with it.... The whole scene with Kakashi and Suki that morning before school was absolutely adorable! And Kakashi has a house now?? Sweet. I think I could picture Kakashi in slacks, wearing an apron, and cooking something while reading Make-out Paradise. Haha, Kakashi as a housewife....
*Clears throat* Anyway, back to the story.... I was always so nervous every year on the first day back to school. I guess because I always slightly dreaded it too. Cool! Suki met Naruto! They make quite a pair, both with dark histories that they couldn't control marking them and branding them as monsters to the world. I'm glad Kakashi isn't like the others, he seems very open-minded to things and not judgy. This is so amazing! I just wish I had time to read more! I'll get to it though, Wolf-chan, I promise!:D
Author's Response: Hehe, don\'t worry, I make the strangest facial expressions sometimes as well; my sister is often the one who points it out to me :P Adorable? I didn\'t even think that first scene was that sweet, but I\'m glad you think so :D Yeah, I made Kakashi buy a house because I figured having a child would be enough incentive to not live in a small apartment. It\'s funny because I also pictured him as a housewife when I wrote that scene XD Yup, Suki and Naruto have met; I think it makes for a nice irony, considering their backgrounds. I\'ve never seen Kakashi as someone who judges people by their histories; he usually judges by personality, which is why he calls Naruto the #1 Most Unpredictable Knuckleheaded Ninja ;D Aww, I\'m glad you decided to read my story at all; don\'t worry, you don\'t have to rush to read this. Thx for posting this up, it's really detailed and allows people to look at their zodiac sign -which I do, a lot:P How weird is it that after reading this I realize just how alike me and my sign is? I was born in the year of the dog, and although I share similarities with the other animals, the dog just speaks out to me. So cool! ^_^
Author's Response: Yeah, I had been debating if I should include this as a chapter, but I figured why not. Haha, I was born in the year of the Bird (or Rooster, in some cases), and I am definitely just like the description. I understand what you mean about having similarities with the other animals; I used to question how accurate it was. But I think my Zodiac animal is pretty accurate :)
