I knew it was him when I saw him. Tobi was Obito Uchiha. My long-lost teammate, in a sense. And my very first best friend.
Let me backtrack a little. I’ve been sent on a mission to gather information on the Akatsuki. And when I got there, I begged and I pleaded. And Itachi let me in and took me under his wing. And then I met Tobi AKA Obito. And today is the day I tell him I know his secret. I tiptoed to “Tobi’s” door. Suddenly I felt a presence behind me.
“What are you doing?”
I spun around and nearly fell, only to be caught by Itachi.
“I was just visiting Tobi”
Itachi shrugged
“As you wish beautiful”
Itachi walked away and I knocked on Obito’s door.
He opened it and I nearly started crying. I couldn’t believe that after all these years Obito was standing right in front of me.
“Rin are you alright?”
“Obit-Obito!” I managed before I collapsed into tears. He guided me into his room and shut the door. As soon as we were alone I buried my face in his cloak. God I hadn’t realized how much I missed him. I could practically sense the alarmed look on his face.
“How d-did you know?” he said tripping nervously over his tongue
“You think I can’t tell its you?” Sometimes I wonder about that boy.
