Tsukidori Seiko.
Like Fumito, Seiko lived in Rice village before it was Otogakure. Assigned to Fumito’s team upon their graduation from the academy, she held a great respect for his skill. While not as talented as Fumito, Seiko was a very capable shinobi. Their bond grew as they completed many missions together, and eventually friendship became love. When Orochimaru scarred Fumito’s face, Seiko went rogue so she could remain by his side. Her devotion to him is undying, and she would gladly die for him. Her tenderness towards Fumito is contrasted by her cruelty to her foes. Her family name means “moon bird”
Seiko’s skills lie largely in ninjutsu and taijutsu, with her genjutsu simply being passable. Like Fumito, she lacks brute strength, but her agility is a great advantage in hand-to-hand combat. She is skilled in swordsmanship, and seldom travels without a wakizashi.
