Pale eyes,
like bright moonlight,
watch the world pass by,
in the black of night.
Blood tears,
roll down her face,
shed for her alone,
in this dead place.
Tired arms,
wrapped about her limp form,
watching those once lips once warm,
that now run thick with cold.
Why, oh why, did this have to be,
does the lord have no apathy.
The tears she sheds are wasted on this dead love,
she was her heart, what dreams were of.
Faded black nuzzles ice'ed cold blonde,
on this darkest night,
death shuns life and tries to break the bond,
on this darkest night.
No sounds can be heard,
in this lovelost lullaby,
the silence sings of sadness,
in the lovelost lullaby.
