Hello hello hello again T.O.N.F.A! It’s been a long time since I’ve been around this site, feels like decades in a sense, but now I feel like it’s finally time to come back to fanfiction and most importantly this website. I won’t disclose who I was before now, but I must say of all the fanfiction sites all over the internet, this has always been my favorite and will probably be the place I return to for as long as I continue to write fanfiction.
You may call me X3Dee, or just Dee for short. I’m from a little place where winters are below twenty, and summers are above ninety. I love anime and manga, I adore Naruto probably most of all… My favorite characters include Kakashi, Zabuza, Itachi, and Orochimaru. Orange is my favorite color, and my favorite food is probably pumpkin pie with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Other than those few tidbits there’s not a whole lot that really needs to be said that hasn't been said by a thousand other users on this site, so we’ll keep this little interaction brief. I sincerely hope to produce new and exciting fictions for the user of T.O.N.F.A, and I look forward to hearing from the readers that I have missed so much :)

Date: 05/12/14 Title: Chapter 1: A Promise
I feel like the mom is both an important antagonist while at the same time being an extremely unimportant character, like she is trying too hard to be angry possibly? anyway though, and more importantly, I like this so far and I feel like I could really get into this character and what's going on in the story so far. This arc in the show has probably always been my favorite and the characters involved are probably some of my absolute favorites, so it's an added bonus for me that the story starts here :)
I'm trying to get myself back into the fanfiction community and I think this is a good story to add to my must read list, so I'm going to try and dive right into this and really get a feel for it. I will review again soon so watch out, and keep the chapters coming :D

Being a genjutsu-based shinobi with little to no previous formal training is hard, especially when you've got amnesia to top it all off. As Riku uncovers the secrets of her clan and village, trouble arises in ways she never could have imagined, but with the help of her new comrades, maybe things won't be too bad.
Rated 15 for violence and language.

Date: 05/12/14 Title: Chapter 1: Prologue
well apart from a few spelling errors here or there I must say I really like the direction that this is going. I will admit that the first few paragraphs gave me a sort of History Channel kind of feel but then pleasantly transformed into a sort of epic narrative describing the plight of whom I assume will be the family of the main character.
Overall the feel and style that you've created here has me interested and I'm happy to say that I look forward to reading the chapters that follow this and I am so so so so glad the description says it is finished because it is a massive fear of mine to start something fantastic and have it end without ever being completed, so thank you for that :)
okay okay enough chattering! let's see what the story has up its sleeve!

Date: 14/12/14 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter One: A New Beginning
Well there was a bit of tense jumping here and there, but overall this was a good introduction to the story. I like Riku in the sense she has a kind of Naruto esk kind of thing going. That aside I think it's interesting that she's only trained in genjutsu, since it's one of the complicated to learn and master.
It should be fun to read through and see how her training goes. I'd figure it'll be a bit easier for her considering her Chakra control :)

Date: 05/12/14 Title: Chapter 1: PROLOGUE: The Nightmare.
I don't normally read fictions that haven't been updated recently for fear of them being awesome, and then never updating again -_-
In spite of usual behaviors, however, I dropped in and so far I really like this. I like the harshness of the first few paragraphs, the dark roll that hits a sudden stop, bringing us to the waking world. Better yet was the rollback into the nightmarish opening, very nice.
Now, I personally avoid dreamscape openings, but I did like this, and am looking forward to reading what comes next :3

Well, this was certainly a different kind of chapter than the opening, but still I find myself enjoying the kind of classical feel to the beginning of this chapter. Anyway, Neji is always a fun character to open up with because of his perception of the world around him, really dig into that, and I can't wait to see more of these three because Gai's team just has a special place on my heart :)
