Story progress: well about 4 years ago when i was 13 i began writing my story about Shizake Uchiha. After a year or so of writing my computer crashed and I lost the story entirely which crushed me because i worked so hard on that. Alas, about 4 months ago i found the story in an email i sent to a friend and started re-writing the story. As the story progresses my grammar and maturity of the lines get's better (you can probably tell). For now Shizake is my main story i am working on.

Jeez the first time I watched Naruto I was so fascinated by it. I dont know why. It caught my attention maybe because of the well developed characters, and drama that was played throughout the series. I would spend hours watching all the episodes If I could. I really didnt like anime or manga up until that point.

The first installment in the series, "The Path Each Takes. Shizake Uchiha (My first OC). His journey begins in the Nine-Tailed Fox village as he acquires new powers and learns new things about himself. Watch as he struggles to come to peace with his cousin Sasuke.
A Shadow in the Light
The second installment in the series. It picks up with Shizake recovering from a year long coma from his fight with his cousin who is now imprisoned. Continuing to find his place in the world, he continues to learn new things about his self.

A collab with my good friend Hazard. Two ninja journey to southern fire country to complete a mission. What they find out shocks them as they unravel a whole mystery of it's own. Internal and external problems plague the two on their mystery.

Oh wow great chapter! I'm glad Ryu is getting stronger and stronger. It sucks that he's not on a team with Naruto of Sakura but hey what can you do? I like the progression so far I can't wait to see what's next.
Author's Response: Yep. Like all characters, he has to grow. And he most definitely will. If he had already grown strong, then it wouldn\'t be right. That would be completely wrong =P. As for not being on their team, I wanted to put a twist on things. Plus I decided this near the Hidan and Kakuzu arc, so yeah.....

I liked the shogi game between Asuma and Ryu, Ryu almost had him! I'm glad he's starting to vent his emotions though. I also realized something, he doesnt hang around Naruto too much anymore does he? Maybe later he will...anyways great chapter!
Author's Response: Yeah, I enjoyed that part. From the very beginning I had the idea of having this give a bit of a look into they mystery of his brain. That being the strange moment when he did that strategy. He did need a way to vent his emotions, and this just worked perfectly. That, and I wanted to later bond him and Shikamaru. As for Naruto, he\'ll hang out with him a little, but mostly this is on team 10. Though their bond of friendship will always be there.

Author's Response: Their bond is a really fun thing to do. It\'s one of my favorite things about this part of the story is the bond. As for Daichi and Shiro, they\'re two bad guys that really shape who Ryu is. I never even expected them to be much, but they suddenly helped develop his character more than I thought.

Author's Response: I think this is one of my more intense chapters for this story. It\'s also one of my favorites as well. I really looked forward to this story before I even got too far into the story. That and a chapter that won\'t happen for a while. The jutsu..... Yeah, it was terrifying, for both the user and the attacked. Actually, it destroyed them both, only in different ways. Is it bad that the destroyed look on his face was the part I was looking forward to the most?

She was running away.
Finally.
Finally, Suki Kurohoshi was running away from her village. The six-year-old was finally able to escape from her terrible life.
She was going to run as far as her legs could carry her. She was going to abandon a home that was never a home to begin with. She was going to leave behind villagers who hated her for a reason that she did not know of.
Yes, run away. That would solve all of her problems. In a perfect world, running away would be the answer to everything.
Unfortunately, this isn't a perfect world. And running away won't solve every problem.
You can run away from home, and you can run away from people you grew up with. But now Suki is going to realize that the one thing that no one can run away from... is destiny.

This made me feel bad for Suki, especially when the father said she is not our daughter anymore. It was good you added it though, it provided a lot of background to help develop the story.
Author's Response: Cool, that\'s what I was going for: having the reader feel sad for the protagonist. I personally feel bad for putting Suki through so much bad stuff, even straight from childbirth, but it had to be done to make an interesting story. This background info does help the reader to understand Suki\'s situation a lot better, and it\'ll eventually play a larger role in the story. Thanks for review, I appreciate it!

I was not expecting that kind of ending, but it was different and i liked it. Haha i had to take a break reading this my eyes are throbbing. So writing this chapter was like beating my head against a wall. I have grown used to writing Kasumi's kekkei genkai, so placing her in a taijutsu-only match was difficult.
