Itachi is so out of character it's not even funny. Itachi would never smile or admit that he was afraid like that in the second chapter. He is Uchiha Itachi, the one who killed the Uchiha clan just to prove he could. On the other hand, your writing is very good. Just keep the charaters as in character as you can.
