Wow. That was actually... fluff. What a beautiful change of pace. Really. I mean, you totally brushed off the fluff at the end, as if you realized what the heck you were doing and had to stop, but still, it was such a sweet story that was perfect for the holiday seasons, those I'm reading it in August, I'll have to come back and read it on the 24th (of December) or something. Thank you for writing something so enjoyable. I hope you had fun writing it too. ^^

But yeah, the story was started with a sad ending in mind....rnrnAnyway, I don't know if you'll remember this story into December, but I hope you'll still like it by then. XDrnrnBy the way, if you're looking for light fluff, I did actually write something called "First Time Snowing." It's... very fluffy, so to speak. One of my fluffiest. I like this one like many of yours other. Altough i love Irrelevancy and Phone Calls from Nobody much more. But i have to ask.. Why your works always angsty ending!?
Then again, i guess that what make it special.

I really like how you wrote this story, even though the boys do things that you would never expect them to do, they still seem very in-character, and obviously these types of stories are most peoples favourites, Its really sad though! I love how Sasuke couldnt wrap the gift as well as other people can, that was so sweet, and also how Naruto was slightly bewildered by Sasuke on the sofa but just let him. I really enjoyed this story! I cant wait to read more from you! *Claps and throughs flowers*

Very very beautiful. I don't have enough words to say how great it was. I can say that it was great, wonderful and...deep.
Sasuke doing all those things for the blonde, meant something not only for Naruto but for him too. It's strange how the fear of being lonely ties two people together.
Great work, and one hell of a exceptional style in writing.
Oh and about the other story "Phone Calls from Nobody" I meant to say "amazing" but I pressed the wrong key and ended in "amasing" which you took it as "amusing". xD
Anyway, thank you for sharing this piece of art with us and do please continue in writing other great stories as well.

wow! that was so simple and beautiful! it has me wanting to read it again! and in fact i think i will as soon as im finished telling you how great this story was! it was adorable and sweet as heck! all of your stories are always so sweet and genuine! this was the best christmas fic ever! and the ending was a bit sad and hopeful at the same time! it kinda has you wondering what is going to happen after that. and why did shikamaru wake him up? did sasuke leave the village after that?! that would be so sad! the little gears in my head are once again turning thanks to you! Sasuke seemed so sad the whole time, and it was so sweet of him to make dinner for him! you kept them in character so well too! you are such an awesome writer and still have so much potential and room to grow! it has me envious....but i love you and your fics all the same! so sweet and beautiful! Author's Response: Actually, this was just a different spin on when Sasuke left for Orochimaru. The morning after Sasuke left, it was Shikamaru who woke Naruto up, remember? Well, that was a long time ago, but still! XDrnrnI'm so glad that you enjoy my stories so thoroughly and that they invoke thinking! That makes me very happy. And I'm not so sure about the sweet part, since most of my stories are kind of dark and angsty! Hahaha, oh well.
