Oh, how beautiful is memory. How tangible.
This is making a turn for an interesting direction. Who would it be- Itachi or Konan? Or, as your summary suggests, Hidan?
I can understand the thing about not having enough time... I've been placed in the same situation. Luckily, Christmas break is giving me a decent amount of free time to write.

Author's Response: You are a very interesting person, you know. It is the first time I am in some contact with someone that reads truly between the lines. I know a lot of people that brag about doing so, but truly you might be the first person that does not pay attention to the words and their deffinition but to the images they make come to your mind. Fascinating. And yes memory. Our best friend and our worse enemy. The one that makes us live again in past joys and pleasures but that can also drown us in despair so strong that it appears true. Memory is no friend as everybody thinks. It is nothing but an enemy that encages us in worlds of illusions. Only oblivion brings peace. As for Konan and Hinata, I know that my style of writing suggests some romantic intercourse, yet I have to make myself clear. What unites those two only women in a world of men is way stronger than the feelings Hinata might share with Hidan or Itachi. Konan and Hinata do not feel love for each other, they feel something stronger, something that might break the cycle that has started. Well, I think Itachi will be more than willing to cooperate when the time comes (I don't mean that in a bad way).
This makes me wonder how Hinata and Konan will interact later on in the story.
