Ooh, Kabuto's turned out just like Orochimaru... creepy! Great chapter, and I really liked the ending. I'm sad about Akane's genin team though - they were so young!

I just sat for two hours and read your entire series. Firstly, congratulations on a fine FanFic. I hope that when my own is finished it can be as good.
Secondly, you are a very talented writer. I hope you are considering writing a novel or the like.
Thirdly, I like how you have taken the characters and changed them while keeping them the same (so to speak) and added believable OCs. Also I like the way you are taking the story.
I consider it a privilege that you thought so highly of my own FanFic. Please continue on, writing your own, and I will follow it eagerly.

good work! this is a great chapter, and gives you that feeling in your gut that only certain stories can give you! That sense that your actually there, and your having the same exact problems or triumphs of the characters; main and background. When the chapter ends, you find yourself still reliving it in your mind, even hours later. I'm not just saying that, it is true. ask anyone of your readers.
Wonderful job. Not just on this chapter but the whole series. :)

I had to back and check, because I'd forgotten she had the Byakugan - I keep thinking of her as more of an Inuzuka from her behaviour - which I suppose is the point! But having the Byakugan get's her points in my book. I'm glad you cleared up the Ichiru-Hoshi-Akane triangle a little!
I loved these two last chapters! I guess I'm a sucker for the fluff... But the non-fluffy bits are good too :).

Another good chapter! I feel sorry for Akane, but I can't help wanting Ichiru to end up with Hoshi even though there hasn't been a mention of them since early on.
Another thought: I don't think you need such a high rating, '15' at most should do. I don't really know, but the 'R18' might be scaring some people away... Same for the others in the series.

I know I always say it, but this fic is so perfectly balanced! Even if the chapter was a little short it was more compact than missing anything - it had a bit of everything again, and is just really nice reading. I liked the end too, am looking forward to Tsunade's news - or dreading perhaps I should say considering the hint...
