GOAL Academy is a military academy of sorts that rains its students to battle the monsters that have roamed the Earth for centuries by whatever means necessary. Every year, the academy selects a squad containing the best and brightest students. The number of people in it can range from two to six members. It is the goal of every student to be on a squad one day. There are many branches of GOAL throughout the world. Three years ago the headmaster of the Arasoi Branch in GOAL died, and the details of his death were never fully released. A new man, Sagami Shinichi, has taken his place, and he has a whole slew of ideas for this new batch of students.
